Many times the underground heating oil tank does not become an issue until the home owner decides to sell the house and at that time has an home inspection done. These inspections are often done a few weeks before settlement. Before closing on the sale of the house, banks and home buyers may want sellers to remove the underground heating oil tank.

JC Heating specializes in both the removal of underground heating oil tanks and the installation of above ground heating oil tanks.

Heating Oil Tank Removal:

After pumping out the oil we will excavate and remove your tank. Your heating oil tank is then transported off site to be cut, cleaned and scrapped. The fill and vent pipes will be cut off and removed. The hole is then back filled.
