Good experience

My boiler died and they came out same day and replaced the broken hydro stat. The technician was great and took the time to explain his troubleshooting steps and explain what needed to be replaced.

Joe and his fellow tech’s went above and beyond working non stop to install and get our new system online - highly recommend

We had an emergency leak in our oil tank on a Saturday afternoon. The JC team from the person who answered the phone to the technician to their sales person was able to mobilize very quickly, help us pump out all the oil, put it in drums and make us a priority to get a new tank installed within a couple of days. They were professional, helpful, stayed to see the job all the way through well into late Saturday night. They even sent a thank you gift of pastries and cookies a few days after our service appointment for using them for the new install. Highly recommended!

JC Heating. Shawn was the tech on our tune up this year. Very knowledgeable and professional service. Our system is not a typical set up and Shawn was quick to understand the design. Looking forward to a easy heating season after his tune- up.

Prompt, neat, efficient worker.

It took a day and a half to remove and replace our old oil burner and water heater with a new System 2000 unit that was recommended by JC Heating as the best alternative. The work was done well and the basement/workshop where it was installed was left clean and I gained a few square feet of floor space. JC Heating & Cooling have been our heating and cooling contractors for almost 30 years. They installed AC in our home about 25 years ago and have upgraded it since and provide yearly service to all our utilities. They keep us comfortable in our home.

This company treats you like family... not much more you can ask for. Review title summarizes it all.

What I didn't say when I spoke with Linda this morning, is that I'm having a bunch of people for dinner Monday. So, along with the excellent & expert service from JCH, I'm grateful that you were able to come today to take care of this. So glad that I'm with JCH & that I have the contract just for things like this.

No heat the day before Thanksgiving. Called JC H&C and they were able to get someone out in a couple of hours. The service tech. (Mike) did not have parts available, but was able to temporarily get heat up and running for a few days until the parts come in for replacement. Will definitely use JC Heating & Cooling in the future.

What else could I ask for? On time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you very much.

Mike P. was very professional & dedicated to fixing our ancient (50yr. old) air handler system. It was an amazing job of detective work, & works fine now. We also appreciated his flexibility w/ our time schedule.

Mike, the tech was very courteous, helpful and professional. Ann Marie in the office was also very good. The price was OK. Considering I am a first time customer and only test gauges were used.

My hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday morning, and wasn't working. I called JC heating at 8, they were on site by 9:30, and the repairs were done by 11:30. The repairman was very informative and courteous.
