We Charge by the Job - NOT BY THE HOUR

Our service technicians charge by the job, which saves you money. The price depends on several things, such as what parts are needed, how much labor is going to be involved, etc. He will give you a flat rate price and get your approval BEFORE he starts. If you decide not to have our technician do the work, you only pay the diagnosis-dispatch fee.

What is the Dispatch Fee?

JC Heating charges a standard dispatch-(cover the cost of bringing the truck to your home) - diagnosis fee for all on-site service calls which is payable to the service technician at time of service.

This covers the cost of bringing a LICENSED and INSURED TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIAN with a fully stocked truck with parts and tools to diagnose your service malfunction.

Should you need a new cooling or heating system, we can help. We offer only the best Energy Star rated equipment; so you'll save money on your energy bills for years to come.

Diagnosis Fee during Weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - $189

Diagnosis Fee during Nights, Weekends & Holidays - $225

All of our technicians are factory trained and are really nice people to work with. Our trucks are like moving warehouses, stocked with tools and the parts most often needed.
