HVAC Technicians Job Description

We have a position open for an HONEST experienced HVAC Service - Installer technician with a minimum of 1 to 5 years field experience. HVAC schooling a Plus. This position is for long term employment and applicants must have the necessary experience and training to install and service Air Conditioning / Heat Pumps, Oil Heating Systems, Gas Heating Systems.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications Include: 

Must have Valid Drivers License and ability to meet company's motor vehicle policy.

• CDL Truck Driver License with Hazmat Endorsements a Plus.
• Professional Licenses (Certified Chimney Sweep - Nate - PPA - PMAA) a Plus.
• Refrigerant certification and AC experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain new licenses.
• Willingness to follow and learn new technical skills.
• Maintaining a clean and neat service truck to Company Standards.
• Preparing accurate daily paperwork.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must not have fear of heights and have ability to climb ladders.
• Making recommendations to customers and identifying revenue producing opportunities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and clean cut appearance
• Ability to close service sales.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adhere to all city, state and federal regulatory statues
• Ability to maintain a friendly and professional image.
• Ability to accept on call work, evenings and weekends
• Perform efficiency test on all combustion related calls.
• Accounting for parts inventory and tools.
• Work includes days, some on night calls, some weekends on call, some holidays.
• Knowledge of various models on HVAC equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair various types of HVAV Equipment
• Report any issues or incidents to Service Manager

Full Time Oil Truck Driver Wanted in Levittown Bucks County Pa.

Part Time Seasonal Oil Truck Driver wanted in Levittown Bucks County Pa.

We offer a very flexable work schedule including mornings, afternoons or evenings and weekends

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications.

• Fuel Oil delivery experience a plus
• Safely operated a heavy truck.
• You will be resposinable for safetly operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
• Must be ate least 21 years of age.
• Loads, secures, transfer and delivers fuel oil to residential locations.
• Provides an exceptional level of service to customers.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as GPS, computer, smartphone apps, physical maps and web-based maps.
• Completes and maintains accurate records of inspections, with all DOT regulations.
• CDL Class A or B with tanker and Hazmat endorsement
• Current Medical Card
• Physical: Complete and maintain qualifications to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employement drug screen as a condition of employement.
• Able to handle hoses and fittings up to 75lbs.
• Willing to work in all types of weather.
• Standing, bending, walking and lifting while loading and unloading, occasional climbing of staris, ladders and the ability to climb steps while entering and exiting vehicle.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate a professional attitude in apperance, mannerism and actions to both internal and external customers as well as the general public while loading, driving and delivering product.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on company vehicles including per and post trip inspections.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
